Our seaside Bar/Restaurant

At Ezile Bay, our cooking is mixed, i.e. it gets the best of local products including the ones of our own garden and multiple influences and inspiration of the day. cooking fits with seasons, market day and fishing of the day from Akwidaa, Ketakor or Cape three Points.

Do you fancy a fresh fish or a grilled lobster on the beach? Or mixed salads of any kind, home made "rillettes"  with fruity chutney with spices, fish lasagna, coco milk curry. We also have fans of our "Boeuf bourguignon". You can also enjoy our  tropical"crepes Suzette" or our simple and delicious fruit salad. True to our philosophy of working with and for the neighboring villages, we favor the local purchase of fruits and vegetables and we cook our products with clean water  to protect the health of our guests.

As we are Europeans, we cook French, Italian, Greek dishes. As we live in Africa, we also cook Ghanaian, Senegales or Ivorian dishes... We also mix them all...

Danielle and her team love to create dishes with the mixture of ideas and influences, products, flavors and textures such as Tropic Fruit Tree Bread or plantains tagines , fufu gnocchi  or even terrine fish with ginger and for the sweet notes of chocolate pancakes (Ghana, of course, one of the best in the world) and roasted peanuts.

One of our guests wrote (tripadvisor) :

"Staying at Ezile Bay is to be isolated. You add quietness of a wonderful beach to the charm of an authentic place. It's enjoying a kitchen which  makes the most of her French roots and local products. Um, these lobster with olive oil, fresh fruit juices, these chocolate pancakes with local fruits, besides everything is homemade, bread, smoked, etc. .. "

As any real French we can't live without French bread, we make it by ourselves as well as our own jam and raviolis.

At Ezile Bay, we have a smokehouse to smoke fish and meat with spices.

A peckish but not a great hunger? Many snacks (sandwiches, salads, soups, etc.) are available.
